I am a pediatric speech language pathologist in addition to being an international board certified lactation consultant. I enjoy collaborating with families to develop realistic and evidenced based feeding plans that support their unique feeding goals. Feeding your baby may feel hard because it often is hard. Families frequently navigate breastfeeding difficulty alone but I am here to support families with tools and skilled interventions to empower them in their unique feeding journey.

I am proudly partnered with The Lactation Network and Wildflower Health. They are able to approve you for at least 6 Lactation visits with zero out of pocket cost using your insurance.
The Lactation Network is in network with Anthem PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, VA OptumEast, Premera, Regence, UnitedHealthcare PPO and HMO, UMR, Oxford, Meritain Health, First Health, Aetna of North Carolina or a plan that includes MultiPlan or PNOA on your insurance card.
Wildflower Health is in network with Cigna.
You can utilize your lactation coverage for support with bottle feeding, combination feeding, and transitioning to solid foods as long as you are still lactating.
